The Legal Position
We've Got You Covered
GRAFFITI IS A CRIME. PERIOD.
"Whether the graffiti was authorised or not, the owner of the wall acquires the ownership of the graffiti (taken as an object).

The owner of the graffiti can only object to the use of a photograph of the graffiti taken by a third party if such use causes an "abnormal disturbance".

In our case, since the graffiti is illegal, and as long as the use of said graffiti does not cause abnormal disturbance to the owner of the wall where it is affixed, neither the graffiti artist, nor the owner of the wall could efficiently make a claim."

Global Representation
In the UK our chief Legal Advisor has been listed in the WTR1000 as one of the best Intellectual property practitioners in the world, and is one of a handful of trademark attorneys with the same rights of audience as a barrister before the UK IP courts.

He has been included in the 2020 list of "IP Stars" by Managing Intellectual Property Magazine and is also the attorney with the greatest number of oral hearings over the last 5 years in trade mark disputes at the U.K. Intellectual Property Office (with a very good level of success in those cases).

Under his counsel we are able to include an Indemnification Clause in all of our Licensing Agreements.

In China we are represented by Wan Hui Da.
In Japan we are represented by TMI Associates.
In the USA we are represented by Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard LLP
